I know, it’s become a bit of a ‘buzzword’ these days. In my opinion, it’s often overused and misused to make clients ‘dream.’ The idea is to make you believe you’re getting access to a property for sale that’s not advertised anywhere else. Sometimes that’s true, but often it’s not... Most of the time, the real reason is that the seller(s) simply don’t allow its publication.
In this section of the site, I’ll simply allow you to access the files of "protected properties" that meet my clients’ requirements. You will need a password to access these files, which I will provide upon request once we’ve discussed your search, your criteria, and, most importantly, your identity (yes, this is a legal requirement: KYC and AML regulations)
At the request of the owners who trust me with their properties, I only grant access to these files under these conditions. So, just give me a quick call...
These properties are rare, often exceptional due to their locations, sizes, and the amenities they offer... They are reserved for discerning clients, aesthetes, collectors, lovers of fine things...
